The bodies that can take it further, and the one that cannot, are named below
How to complain
Email support@remedy.tax and put "Complaint" in the subject line. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it. If your complaint is about a specialist check, give us the tax year it covered.
What we do
- We acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- We reply in full within ten working days.
- A director of William Roberts Coaching and Advisory Ltd, the company behind Remedy, handles it.
If you are unhappy with our reply
Remedy is not a regulated financial adviser and is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). That means the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) cannot look at a complaint about Remedy itself. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
If we introduced you to a regulated adviser and your complaint is about their advice, complain to that firm first. If you are unhappy with their answer, you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (opens in a new tab).
If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (opens in a new tab), the United Kingdom's data protection regulator. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
