If you were in public service by March 2012, and still building your Armed Forces pension after April 2015, the McCloud remedy may affect you.
The Armed Forces have six legacy schemes, alongside AFPS 15. If you're choosing at retirement, you have six months from your statement. If you're already receiving benefits, you have twelve months, and the choice can't be reversed.
