If you were in public service by March 2012, and still building your NHS pension after April 2015, the McCloud remedy may affect you.
In the NHS, you choose 1995 or 2008 Section benefits, or 2015 Scheme benefits. In England and Wales, you have twelve months from your remediable service statement to choose, and the Cost Claim Back Scheme can repay some advice and accountancy costs.
